Please note: Each of our bouquets are made with materials I have on hand and will not necessarily be an exact duplicate of the items pictured. It will contain elements, materials, and colors similar to the pictures. Each one is made with loving care and creativity, to be a special addition to your home.
Each bouquet is different, and not exactly the same, but will be beautiful none the less.

Please note: Unless a listing that includes hydrangeas specifies that the color is all natural with nothing added, add'l color may be used to enhance the bloom. In order to achieve vibrant and custom colors additional color is added to my hydrangeas. Air dried hydrangeas in their natural state have muted, faded colors and do not provide the "punch" that my hydrangeas that I add color to which will not fade in time had additional color not been applied. I use additional coloring that is meant to be used for florals. If someone requests a certain color of bloom I have an arsenal of colors that I have to use to accommodate a request for a certain color. Unless the request for all natural color blooms to be used is requested or the listing specifies such, I use my creative judgement and artistic ability to use add'l color to the blooms as I see fit to achieve a beautiful dried floral swag/bouquet, bunch, etc..

**Keep in mind, Dried Florals are fragile in nature, so expect some shedding, and handle with extreme care. See my FAQ - Q & A for details on how to handle our dried florals to get the most enjoyment out of them. Once shipped out, We are not responsible for incorrect handling/storage or care of dried florals.

All of my sales are final unless you feel that the item has been grossly misrepresented in either the item description or in the picture. If the purchaser is unsure or is not clear about a measurement/ingredients or material of an item (or needs clarification) it is up to the purchaser to verify information if it has not been supplied. Before you leave a negative or neutral review, Please email me if you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it and we will work together to try and fix the problem. Pictures must be provided of damaged or item in question. If return of a product (a re-sellable item) is deemed to be necessary, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.Items purchased with "shipping included" will have that shipping deducted from the refund amount - unless refund is due to damage. Insurance on the returned item (for items of higher value), for the full purchase amount as well as delivery confirmation on the returned package is mandatory and all costs associated with these services are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item has been returned to me and it's original as shipped condition has been verified a refund will be issued to the purchaser LESS the shipping costs.

Damaged items:
Each and every order is packaged with the utmost care, but for whatever reason if there is a complaint of a damaged items our policies for this read as followed. For Damaged items, I will need a picture of item in question to see the exact state that the item(s) are in before assessing what direction to take. It is at the discretion of the owner of the shop to assess to give a refund, partial refund, replacement, etc in these cases. Each problem/discrepancy will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the owner of the shop.

Payment Policy:
We offer Debit and credit card payments! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase. The faster you pay, the faster I ship!
If payment is not made within 2 days, the item will go back up for sale and the order will be cancelled. Special order listings will be good for 2 days. If item is not purchased by then, the item will be deactivated. For seasonal items that are made and sold it is on a first come first served/paid basis. If a listing for special order is created and is not paid for, a paid order that comes in after that order that is not paid for will be given first priority. In order to receive a coupon code discount, you must use the coupon code at the time of order in order to receive it.

Shipping Policy:
Items mainly ship via USPS but on occasion will switch to another shipper/way of shipping based solely on weight/cost ratio.

All delivery guidelines obtained from the USPS website are an estimated delivery time, not a guarantee. High volume, holidays, and bad weather are factors which can alter delivery time given.

Please note, the shipping/handling calculation is based on Retail price USPS/FedEx/UPS charges based on zip code, weight and size of package and associated fees. If you are making multiple purchases, shipping will be combined at our Company's discretion.

The cost of the item/shipping is not mearly the weight of the item itself, but the weight of the box, the packing material, the size of the box, where the package is going, it includes also the "handling" my time and energy to pack the box, the price of the box itself, includes associated fees I have to pay to have my item listed, to process credit cards, and sell on this platform, and all it takes to get my items to my customer.

Repurposed packaging/boxes may be used in the packaging of my products, as we need a variety of box sizes and shapes for our products and we have to use what is on hand to properly pack the item to be shipped. We are happy to help the environment to lessen what goes unnecessarily into the landfill.

Once package is dropped off at the Post Office/shipper it's delivery speed is out of our control.

Our Company is not responsible for any USPS/shipper lost packages. Please contact USPS/shipper if you fear your package has is lost in the mail. It is not Rhodes Creation's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package. I can provide insurance for your packages if you are worried about a non-delivery.

Rush order or Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. Please leave a note in "message to seller" at checkout and we will invoice you for the amount of this extra service.

Once a design is agreed upon, Special orders ship anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
**Special events require several months in advance for agreeing upon design, materials and needs of the event. Locals are preferred to pick up their florals from my residence in advance of the event.

▼Do you do custom orders?

◄When should I place my order?
We recommend ordering all "Made to Order" items approximately 3-4 weeks before the date you need your order and all "Ready to Ship" items 1 week before the date you need your order. Items usually arrive sooner than that, we just want you to be allow ample time for our production & delivery. There is never guarantee a delivery date 100% due to unforeseen issues that can arise during production or with the shipping/postal service. Special orders for special events should be placed in advance of the event as soon as possible. We do not guarantee delivery times, only when we will get the product out the door.
◄How long does it take to get my order?
Ready to Ship items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Made to Order items ship anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the intricacy or size of order).
◄Do you have a local pickup code?
You may use coupon code LocalCustomerShipFree at checkout. You must be able to pickup in one of the locations I have available to meet (contact me first if you need this info).

Definitely! Just leave the message you want in the gift note when you order during checkout. This can be done for free. If you would like the item gift wrapped, it can be done with a gift wrap upgrade for a fee, depending on size of object and how fancy you want to get with gift wrap.

I currently do not sell wholesale, but will offer a discount on bulk purchases. Contact me for details.
◄The packaging does not look exactly as in the picture. Why is this?
We may at our discretion, substitute types of elements, (such as a different type of herb or flower in a bouquet) based on availability. We may change up the way it is packaged that doesn't affect it's overall look, but may be incremental changes that make it more user friendly.
◄Why is my bouquet not an exact duplicate of the picture in the listing?
Each bouquet is made with materials I have on hand and will not necessarily be an exact duplicate of the items pictured. It will contain elements, materials, and colors similar to the pictures. Each one is made with loving care and creativity, to be a special addition to your home. Each bouquet is different, and not exactly the same, but will be beautiful none the less. If you have a special need or request, please contact me and we can work together to see what I can do to achieve the look you want.
◄How are your herbs/flowers dried? Do you add add'l color to your florals?
They are air dried, unless it is noted that they have been preserved. At our discretion we will enhance the color of a floral if it is faded or needs extra color to provide a more vibrant element in the bouquet, swag or other creation. Unless it is specified in the listing that it has all natural color with nothing added, add'l color may be added, especially in the case of Hydrangeas. Communication is very important between the customer and myself if there is a certain expectation or assumption on the customer's end of things being done a certain way. We use coloring that is meant to be used for florals in our designs and have an arsenal of colors we can use to create a beautiful custom item that will want our customers to be happy with.
▼How do I care for my dried florals?
Please note that dried florals by nature are fragile and need special care. They are best kept in a dry/cool room temperature and environment away from direct heat/sunlight/moisture/humidity. We don't spray our florals, but the customer may-To further protect them a product such as Krylon Matte Finish may be used to help protect them from dust and fading.
◄How do I contact you if I have a question or concern about my order or a product?
Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns, especially if it has anything to do with your order. You may do this by clicking the contact button. It will direct to our email. I try to get back with you within 24 hours, but most of the time much sooner.
◄Do you use repurposed packaging/materials/boxes to ship your items? Yes, we may if it is deemed necessary, as we ship items of varying shapes and sizes and it requires a certain sized box for a certain order to pack items properly and get the best shipping price. It is not only prudent, but good for the environment to repurpose and reuse.

◄How are your herbs/flowers dried? Do you add add'l color to your florals?
They are air dried, unless it is noted that they have been preserved. At our discretion we will enhance the color of a floral if it is faded or needs extra color to provide a more vibrant element in the bouquet, swag or other creation. Unless it is specified in the listing that it has all natural color with nothing added, add'l color may be added, especially in the case of Hydrangeas. Communication is very important between the customer and myself if there is a certain expectation or assumption on the customer's end of things being done a certain way. We use coloring that is meant to be used for florals in our designs and have an arsenal of colors we can use to create a beautiful custom item that will want our customers to be happy with.

Please note that dried florals by nature are fragile and need special care. They are best kept in a dry/cool room temperature and environment away from direct heat/sunlight/moisture/humidity. We don't spray our florals, but the customer may-To further protect them a product such as Krylon Matte Finish may be used to help protect them from dust and fading.

◄Do you use repurposed packaging/materials/boxes to ship your items? Yes, we may if it is deemed necessary, as we ship items of varying shapes and sizes and it requires a certain sized box for a certain order to pack items properly and get the best shipping price. It is not only prudent, but good for the environment to repurpose and reuse.

The shipping in my cart is too high. Do you combine shipping?

If the shipping Etsy estimate is way out of proportion or exorbitant I will either combine shipping or give a discount code to apply toward a future purchase in my shop to offset the shipping overage.

Are your dry florals and herbs all natural or organic?

If I grow it myself which is specified in the listing no pesticides herbicides or unnatural things get sprayed onto them. If the listing says it’s all natural nothing added no additional color has been added to it. If it is a custom color then I use additional floral color to enhance the beauty of the dry floral and give it a vibrant look that will not fade in time as most natural florals will.

A: Please note: Each bouquet is made with materials I have on hand, usually made to order, and will not necessarily be an exact duplicate of the items pictured.
